Here’s a general overview of what you can expect to see and manage from the Funnelforms dashboard:

  • Welcome Screen/First Steps: When you first set it up, you’ll often be greeted by a welcome screen or a “First Steps” guide. This is designed to help new users quickly get oriented and start building their first form.
  • Questions Section: This is where you’ll spend a good amount of time initially.
    • You’ll see a list of all the questions you’ve created.
    • You can easily add new questions, edit existing ones, or duplicate them to save time.
    • Each question entry typically shows its type (Single Selection, Multiple Selection, Text Line, Text Area, etc.).
    • This separation of questions from forms allows for easy reusability and global updates.
  • Contact Forms Section:
    • Here, you manage your contact forms, which are designed to capture personal details like name, email, and phone number.
    • You can create new contact forms, configure their fields, and set up notification emails for when a lead is submitted.
  • Forms Section (The Main Builder): This is the heart of Funnelforms, where you build your actual lead generation funnels.
    • You’ll see a list of all your created forms.
    • Clicking to edit a form opens the visual drag-and-drop builder.
    • This builder canvas is where you drag and drop your pre-made questions and contact forms.
    • Crucially, you’ll draw lines to connect elements, visually defining your conditional logic and the user’s path through the form.
    • You’ll also find options here to configure form-specific settings like design (colors, fonts), thank you pages, or URL redirects.
    • A live preview is often available, so you can see your changes as you make them.
  • Leads Section: Once your forms are live and people start filling them out, this is where you’ll find all your collected lead data.
    • You can view individual lead details.
    • The Pro version often allows for CSV export of all or individual leads for further analysis or integration with other systems.
  • Settings/General Settings: This area houses global settings for the plugin.
    • License activation for Pro users.
    • Data protection settings.
    • Default email settings for notifications.
  • Statistics (Pro Version): For Pro users, there’s typically a dedicated section for form analytics. This provides valuable data on form views, submissions, and conversion rates, helping you optimize your lead generation strategy.
  • Integrations (Pro Version): This is where you connect Funnelforms with your other marketing and sales tools. You’ll typically find options to set up integrations with CRMs, email marketing services, and calendar providers.
  • Appointments/Appointment Events (Pro Version): If you’re using the appointment booking feature, you’ll manage your appointment types and connect them to your calendars here.

The dashboard is designed for efficiency, allowing you to manage all aspects of your interactive forms from one centralized location within your WordPress site. Funnelforms Results: What Users Are Saying
